All of our websites are responsive and mobile-friendly, so they will look great on any screen size.

Our prices do not include the fees for the platform and domain.

We develop websites in platforms like Wix, Shopify, etc - see their annual fees.

These may include some domain types in their pricing - but otherwise you will have to register and pay for your domain through a registrar's website.

What’s the process for building my website?

You complete a short design brief.
We email you 3 to 5 links - or screenshots if you prefer - of web layouts that have optimised user experience for your niche.
You pick a layout, provide feedback and send through your logotype and text & images for every page.
If you also hire our SEO services, we work together with you on the content beforehand.
We create a website draft and send you a link to review it, so you can provide feedback.
Upon payment of platform and our fees, we link the site to your domain, make it public and transfer you its ownership.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No. Your invoice will be sent to you once you have approved your website design.

You will be able to view a working version as we create your website.

Once payment is received, we will link the site to its domain, make it public and transfer you its ownership.

After that, you will be responsible to keep paying for the platform and domain annual fees so your website stays online.

Can you make changes or updates on my existing website?

We don’t normally make changes on websites developed by others - unless it's Wix, Webflow or Shopify.

We can create a new website for you and transfer all your existing text and images over.

You will be able to keep your existing website address.

Can I have a matching email address for my website?

Yes. Google offers a service called Workspace which allows you to create a Gmail account with an @yourdomain.co.nz address.

The interface is the same as Gmail.

There is an extra charge payable to them for this service for a Basic Email Plan.

Multiple email accounts will incur additional fees.

Is SEO included?

Some of our packages do include SEO. Please see Pricing to find out which ones.

How do I edit my site afterwards?

Once we transfer you site ownership, you will be able to edit text and images on-page, add blog articles, products, etc.

Alternatively, if you are not comfortable making these changes, simply email us and we will do it for a fee.
